We started in our cars…

Diosa Blooms is family run. There’s five of us, sometimes six or more… depending on which family members are in town. We’ve got siblings, our cousins, our brother’s girlfriend, & occasionally our parents will make a guest appearance too. But it all started with two sisters, Krisha Militante (Founder & Owner) and Jasmin Beltran (Sister & Co-Founder), who came up with Diosa Blooms as di(y)osa meant goddess in both Tagalog and Spanish. With limited space and resources, they began creating arrangements in the back of their cars, using whatever space they could find to arrange their flowers. As they started to gain momentum, Kaylene Militante (Sibling & Co-Owner) helped Krisha turn Diosa Blooms from a passion project into a business, securing its first studio space in 2019. Krisha and Kaylene quickly realized that they needed a more permanent location to grow their business & the real magic happened when they moved into their first storefront in 2020 (during the pand-asal!!!). Today, Diosa Blooms is located at a beautiful corner location in the Mission District of San Francisco.

We are family of diosas, empowering each other to celebrate our inner goddesses and to cultivate a deep sense of self-love and acceptance. With that, each member of our family is an integral part in making the success and liveliness of Diosa Blooms. Our mission is to provide our customers with stunning, unique floral arrangements that are inspired by our culture and crafted with utmost care. We are dedicated to honoring our Filipino heritage and sharing the stories of our diaspora through the beauty of flowers. We strive to support our local economy by purchasing flowers from local farmers and vendors, and to give back to our community through partnerships and donations with Filipino & other local organizations. Our goal is to make people smile and to be an inspiration for our customers and community, all while celebrating who we are!
